from Amazon careersWe are looking for a data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to join the EU Capacity Planning team. You will own capacity planning for a defined scope of the European fulfillment network — monitoring inventory cube levels, forecasting capacity requirements, identifying capacity risks, and driving operational decisions that keep the network running efficiently. You will work with large datasets, build analytical frameworks, and present findings to senior stakeholders. This is a high-ownership role. You will be expected to take full accountability for your network scope, proactively surface risks, and collaborate across multiple teams to solve problems. Key job responsibilities - Own weekly and quarterly capacity planning for an assigned segment of the EU fulfillment network (e.g., a region, node type, or product category) - Monitor and report on key capacity metrics: bin/template fullness, pallet utilization, inventory cube, NSTA (No-Stow-Turn-Away) rates, and Average Weight per Unit (AWU) trends - Build and maintain statistical forecasts for cube utilization, volume, and capacity constraints at site and network level - Identify capacity risks weeks in advance and propose mitigation actions to Operations and S OP teams - Support peak event planning (Prime, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas) — contributing to strategy documents, daily execution calls, and…
