AWS Professional Services is seeking a detail-oriented, organized Program Manager to serve as the AWSome Awards Ambassador. This role supports promoting and managing the program within the organization and is essential to building a culture of gratitude that reaches every builder. In this hands-on role, you'll drive participation, review and shortlist nominees, and coordinate approval mechanisms with ProServe leadership. You'll work cross-functionally with the Recognition Team, HR, Communications, and ProServe leadership to ensure the program celebrates employee contributions meaningfully and maintains a consistent experience across the organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about employee recognition, thrives on operational details, and builds repeatable solutions that drive engagement and participation. This role is based in Arlington, VA or New York City and requires regular on-site presence. Key job responsibilities • Champion the program.
