The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for operational excellence and organizational health throughPXT leadership at their assigned site(s). As a senior individual contributor, you will partner directly with Field Leaders, site(s) leadership teams, and General Managers, maintaining the seniority and credibility needed for strategic discussions on complex organizational challenges. You are accountable for the end-to-end employee experience at your site(s), owning feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and environment standards that shape trust, engagement, and performance. This role requires balancing tactical excellence with strategic insight, leveraging both technology and human judgment to deliver high-quality employee experiences while driving proactive risk identification and mitigation. You will be expected to work onsite at an Amazon facility, supporting multiple site(s) within your region (campus) with regular mobility across assigned locations.
