Within the AWS Commercial Sales (AGS) organization, the Sales Strategy and Operations (S O) team is responsible for supporting Leadership, Sales, and Operational teams in achieving organizational objectives and driving continuous improvements in field productivity. We own and deliver “run the business” (RTB) operational cadences, build new mechanisms to support organizational growth and scale, and drive organizational initiatives. The Business Operations function within North America S O is responsible for defining and leading the rhythms and mechanisms that proactively monitor performance of and ensure success of the Sales organization. We are seeking Business Operations Lead to define, land and execute against our strategic priorities.
