UX Designer, Design Systems, People Engagement Experience (PEX)

Location: Seattle, WA The People Engagement Experience (PEX) is the cord across our People Engagement (PE) experiences made up of forward-thinking UX designers, researchers, writers and design technologists. As a UX Designer on the employee-facing design systems team, you will contribute to design initiatives, including Figma component, pattern, and style libraries. You will work with designers and engineers across multiple organizations to help create and implement components and standards. You will bring a scalable design approach to your work, and consider how to best deliver components, patterns, and templates that scale across products and platforms. You'll be focused on the design details while also understanding the technical requirements to bridge the gap between product and engineering.
