Join our Retail Business Services team and help shape the shopping experience for millions of Amazon customers worldwide. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working on systems that ensure our catalog is complete, accurate, and comprehensive while driving operational efficiency across our global retail operations. Key job responsibilities Collaborate with business teams to understand their support needs and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in partnership with other technical teams Design, implement, and maintain applications and automation scripts that solve complex operational challenges and improve efficiency across our retail services Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including application infrastructure problems and bugs, with a focus on understanding business impact and driving continuous improvement Establish and monitor service health through the development of service level agreements, metrics, monitoring procedures, and documentation that support operational excellence Participate in on-call support rotations to respond to critical alerts, investigate issues, and implement fixes that maintain service reliability Note: This role is part of the rekindle program.
