Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) US is looking for a Principal BD, Partnerships to operationalize how BIL US identifies, prioritizes, and develops high-value advertising innovations on Amazon's canvas surfaces. This role facilitates vertical pod creatives and business leaders in proposing canvas priorities, executing on strategically approved initiatives, and coordinating all BIL engagement with Amazon canvas teams to prevent fragmentation. This leader will work closely with all senior leaders across the BIL US team, helping to transform canvas innovation from ad-hoc exploration into a scalable, strategically aligned capability. Key job responsibilities • Manage strategic partnerships spanning Amazon's canvas of creative partners • Translate advertiser and stakeholder needs into usable narratives and actionable requirements for BIL • Maintain a clear roadmap of priorities and communicates updates to stakeholders at all levels • Build scalable systems and partner inroads for proactive campaign development • Uncover opportunities for new revenue, co-innovation, and product integration • Own key docs, meetings, goal planning/tracking, resource planning, and communications. • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with priority Amazon canvas teams and their GTM owners on behalf of BIL US Core • Serve as the unified BIL voice to canvas partners, preventing fragmented or redundant outreach • Identify emerging canvas…
