As a Design Technologist on this team, you will drive the intersection of Agentic AI development, UX design, and marketing operations. You will own the user workflow design, technical delivery, platform operations, and program execution of agentic AI and marketing automation initiatives across our omnichannel production workflows. This role will prototype AI-driven automation experiences, build functional integrations between workflow management systems, agentic AI tooling, and 3P platforms to enable our marketing team to scale communications production across email, portal notifications, and website channels with greater speed, quality, and efficiency. You will serve as the technical and UX bridge between marketing stakeholders and AI engineering teams, turning ambiguous automation concepts into tangible, interactive experiences that teams can evaluate, test with users, and use to move automation projects forward.
