We're looking for an experienced UX Designer to join Amazon's Last Mile delivery organization, where we design the experiences that get millions of packages into customers' hands every single day. Amazon has built one of the most ambitious logistics networks on the planet, and you'll be at the center of it, shaping the tools and interfaces that keep that promise of fast, reliable delivery running smoothly. You'll design experiences in support of our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), the independent business owners and their drivers who represent Amazon in communities across the globe. Your work will power operational excellence at massive scale, helping delivery partners monitor health, identify risks early, and take action when things go wrong, so customers around the world get what they ordered, when they expect it. action when things go wrong.
