The Customer Delivery Excellence team exists to keep that flywheel spinning by ensuring every link in the supply chain delivers on our promise to customers. We're looking for an analytical problem-solver who wants to apply their SQL and visualization skills to real-world logistics challenges that impact millions of customers daily. As a Business Analyst on this team, you'll analyze operational data across our fulfillment and transportation network, build dashboards that track delivery performance, and surface insights that help leadership make better decisions — all in service of delivering packages on time and in full.
