from Amazon careersAMZL Sr. Station Leader is responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives for an Amazon Logistics Delivery Station (DS). Additional responsibilities include managing and leading a team of Operations, Area and Shift Managers, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations and building leadership bench strength within the DS.

Leverages the management team to generate and implement improvement ideas, fostering a strong culture of engagement across all station levels.
Ensures best practices are shared across departments, shifts, and the broader network. Partners with key stakeholders — including Transport & Sortation, Finance, HR, Loss Prevention, and Engineering — to secure resources and support for strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (any domain), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up
- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, or experience with end-to-end project management
