You will operate at the intersection of entertainment, retail, and technology, leveraging all of Amazon's services across Prime Video, retail, and Ads to create new consumer touchpoints — with real ownership from day one on a lean team where your work directly shapes franchise strategy and partner outcomes. Key job responsibilities -Execute licensing agreements across product categories (e.g., apparel, toys, home goods) managing 5–10 active titles -Ensure contract compliance and drive performance against royalty and revenue targets -Coordinate with legal, finance, and creative teams on deal terms, product approvals, and contract execution -Identify category opportunities, evaluate new partners, and prepare business cases with financial projections and market data -Coordinate product launches with marketing and content release schedules…
