Amazon Global Selling — Region Development Manager (Xiamen) Amazon Global Selling is looking for a Region Development Manager to join its China team based in Xiamen. This role sits at the intersection of business development, seller consulting, and regional ecosystem building across Fujian's diverse industrial clusters. You will identify and engage potential sellers — from traditional manufacturers exploring cross-border e-commerce for the first time, to established DTC brands on platforms ready to expand onto Amazon. Your job is not just to recruit them, but to deeply understand their business context, craft compelling narratives for why Amazon is the right next step, and develop repeatable methodologies for engaging different seller archetypes. We're looking for someone who is equal parts storyteller and strategist: someone who can distill field learnings into scalable playbooks, share insights across the organization, and continuously refine our approach to regional seller development.
