Amazon’s Privacy organization is looking for a resourceful, innovative and driven Executive Assistant (EA) to partner closely with senior leadership and provide onsite support for its VP at Amazon’s Headquarters in Arlington, VA. We are looking for a true strategic partner, who will provide proactive and collaborative assistance to the organization’s leadership team by anticipating problems, creating contingency plans and taking effective action with appropriate urgency in response to situations that require quick turnaround. This role will serve as a “Lead EA”, so experience guiding administrative teams, driving best practices and providing mentorship is a big plus. As an Amazon EA, you will work in a team environment, building effective working relationships and partnering successfully with leaders of all levels inside and outside of the organization.
