We are looking for a Senior Security Program Manager Lead to lead our physical security strategy across Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland. You are responsible for managing a team of Security Program Managers (SPMs) to ensure our data center infrastructure is secured according to global standards. Your focus is on team leadership, stakeholder alignment, and directing the lifecycle of security systems, including Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Video Surveillance. Key job responsibilities - Leadership: Hire, develop, and manage a team of SPMs across the ANZ region. Responsible for performance management, technical mentorship, and resource allocation. - Regional Oversight: Accountable for the security roadmap and project delivery across all ANZ sites. Ensure all installations meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements. - Financial Management: Own the regional security budget. Prioritize capital and operational expenditure across the Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland clusters. - Vendor Governance : Manage strategic relationships with security integration partners.
