from Amazon careersIn this role, you will design and develop learning experiences that directly support the growth and success of Amazon's global data center workforce. You will work backwards from the needs of our learners from Day 1 onboarding through career development to deliver thoughtful, effective, and engaging training solutions. This is a full-time (five day) office position. Key job responsibilities Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), Program Managers, and business stakeholders to analyze learning needs and design solutions that drive measurable behavior change. Design and develop a variety of learning formats including web-based training, instructor-led training, job aids, how-to videos, and hands-on practical assessments. Apply Agile and ADDIE methodologies to manage the full content development lifecycle, from analysis and design through development, implementation, and evaluation. Translate complex technical data center concepts into clear, accessible learning content for a diverse, global audience. Collaborate with the Full Time Training (FTT) team, Learning Advocate community, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Checklist Validators, to ensure content accuracy and quality. Use data and learner feedback to continuously improve existing content and identify gaps in the learning portfolio.
