from Amazon careersThe Prime Acquisition team is responsible for driving new Prime members WW. We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Technical to drive the Prime member acquisition strategy for Offers.
Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a results-oriented PM who is comfortable with technical and business complexity, and is able to earn trust of their numerous stakeholders. The role will be responsible for driving Prime member acquisition through Prime offers including trial, incentive, 3P partnerships. The PM will own the vision, product roadmap, detailed requirements, and partner with multiple tech teams on execution and delivery. This role is inherently cross-functional and requires you to closely work with Science, design, legal, and executive teams to ensure we offer the best customer experience while optimizing for Prime outcomes. You will also partner closely with local teams from across the world to develop and execute a WW strategy that aligns with a central vision but is inclusive of locale nuances and complexities.
You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial, cross-functional, highly matrixed environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create and drive the strategic vision for WW Prime member growth.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
