We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with the Prime Video Studios Technology organizations. The HR leader in this role would partner closely with senior Tech leaders across our most exciting and innovative Tech organizations. The Tech teams build are crucial to a wide variety streaming experiences for our customers, including surface the right content to the right customers at the right time. This leader would partner closely with leaders on talent priorities that lead to business impact, including employee experience for this team of builders, org health and efficiency, building and retaining a diverse Tech workforce at all levels, driving and innovating improvements to our Tech promo process, and supporting org design and talent placement discussions with our leaders.
