We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager Technical to own and define the customer experience strategy for gracefully degraded services during connectivity constraints. This role sits at the critical intersection of traffic engineering, customer experience, and resilience architecture, requiring both deep technical acumen and strategic product vision.

Key job responsibilities
Strategic Ownership:

* Define and drive the product vision for gracefully degraded customer experiences across our platform when connectivity is limited or compromised.
* Establish frameworks for traffic categorization, prioritization, and intelligent routing to ensure optimal customer experience under constrained conditions.
* Partner with engineering teams to architect scalable solutions that maintain service quality during network constraints.

Customer Experience Leadership:

* Own end-to-end customer experience, balancing technical constraints with customer satisfaction.
* Design and implement intelligent fallback mechanisms that preserve core functionality while managing resource constraints.
* Define success metrics and monitoring strategies to measure customer impact during degraded experiences.

Technical Strategy & Execution:

* Drive technical roadmaps for traffic management systems.
* Collaborate with engineering teams on system design and performance optimization.
* Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams and experience owners.

Stakeholder Management:

* Influence and align senior leadership on strategic priorities for traffic management and customer experience.
* Communicate complex technical concepts and trade-offs to executive audiences.
