Amazon is seeking a bright, multi-tasking, and self-motivated Executive Assistant to join the Global Media Entertainment, Advertising and Corporate Development (GMAC) FP A organization to support multiple Directors. The Executive Assistant will have a proven track record of being a self starter, the ability to establish credibility, and be able work independently to deliver results that exceed expectations. The team requires someone who looks around corners to plan ahead on behalf of the organization and who serves as a firm and steady anchor to ensure that the team remains customer focused while balancing the many different priorities that come into play on a daily basis. This role requires great attention to detail, the ability to meet or exceed tight deadlines, strong organizational skills, and the ability to calmly juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is critical, as is a good sense of humor.
