As part of the team, you will own the strategy, design and operation of key mechanisms, processes and programs enabling our team to effectively track, manage and respond to our expanding security assurance and compliance requirements at scale. Our team solves complex compliance challenges, dives deep into compliance requirements for both Amazon and our customers, improves processes, and drives greater efficiencies in meeting expectations. This role facilitates our ability to grow and scale our internal compliance processes and mechanisms to meet the security assurance and compliance expectations in the global market. You should be an experienced PM who ability to understand IT and compliance processes, quickly triage and respond to incoming issues, evaluate opportunities for improvement, and drive innovative mechanisms across multiple teams and programs.
