The AHS Policy De-risking Manager within the Account Health Support will oversee the entire EU3P Compliance de-risking operation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and managing relationships with key stakeholders. They will be responsible for driving overall program success, coordinating across different functional areas, and ensuring the team meets its performance targets. A successful candidate will demonstrate strength in the following competencies: Program Ownership and Strategic Execution • Owns the end-to-end EU3P Compliance de-risking program, ensuring alignment with AHS and EU3P organizational objectives. • Translates strategic goals into structured plans, driving execution through clear prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined follow-through. • Anticipates risks and operational bottlenecks, proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
