The role will require managing complex, ever-changing schedules, planning and organizing both internal and external events, domestic and international travel coordination, arranging and managing logistics efficiently for executives and team members. · Management of complex calendars and supporting teams in multiple locations
· Manage domestic and international travel and expenses
· Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-team meetings, off-sites, and customer-facing events)
· Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on open items
· Act as a liaison for direct reports
· Document writing, editing, and readiness
· Help with engagement and employee morale initiatives

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of senior level leadership support experience- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- High school or equivalent diploma

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
