This role combines strategic program leadership, executive-level stakeholder management, and organizational influence to ensure the VP's highest priorities are executed with precision and impact. This role is responsible for driving organizational priorities, enabling leadership effectiveness, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across the business. The successful candidate will operate as a trusted extension of the VP: translating executive vision into actionable strategies, managing complex cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring alignment across customer marketing, partner marketing, executive marketing, ABM and broader AWS stakeholders.
