Amazon's Senior Talent Transformation team is seeking an exceptional Principal Product Manager - Technical to revolutionize workforce planning across our global organization. You'll build Amazon's enterprise-wide workforce planning solution—a unified platform that transforms how leaders align talent investments with business needs. This isn't about maintaining legacy systems; you're building new capabilities from the ground up, leveraging AI and machine learning to help senior leaders make data-driven workforce decisions.
