Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead fleet utilization and 3P rental optimization initiatives for our Last Mile delivery network. You will own and drive fleet utilization improvements through structured programs and mechanisms, ensuring Amazon maximizes the value of every vehicle in the network. This means identifying waste in the system, improving upstream and downstream planning and execution, and building accountability mechanisms that drive sustained, measurable results. A critical objective of this role is reducing reliance on 3P paid rentals, which carry a higher cost-per-route than branded vehicles, by ensuring DSPs are fully leveraging their branded vehicle allocations to run routes.
