We are launching a new strategic growth initiative that explores how a fully integrated customer experience — spanning awareness, sales engagement, and core flywheel inputs such as selection, pricing, availability, and delivery — can accelerate B2B growth when applied in a concentrated way. The goal is to learn what moves the needle, build repeatable playbooks, and inform how we invest at scale. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead this initiative end-to-end. This is a high-visibility role with significant leadership exposure. You will shape the program strategy, turn the current blueprint into an actionable plan, drive execution across marketing, sales, retail, third-party, operations, delivery, and technology partner teams, and report progress to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
