Job description

We are part of the global Amazon Web Services Financial Operations organization, operating from Bratislava and Prague. We manage collections across a diverse portfolio of Amazon Web Services customers, with a focus on operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement. We partner closely with global Financial Operations sites, process improvement organizations, and technology teams to deliver best-in-class collections outcomes. We value curiosity, ownership, and a bias for action. We are looking for a colleague who will serve as our Collections subject matter expert - someone who combines deep domain knowledge with a technical and analytical mindset to drive measurable improvements across the collections function. You are passionate about automation, data, and continuous improvement, and you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Base pay for this position starts from 2,400 EUR gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements, there will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA.
