from Amazon careersThe RME Coordinator leads the Reliability Maintenance Engineering function during operational shifts across various regional building types, including SC, while reporting to the site RME Manager. In this role, they provide essential on-floor operational support and oversee third- party service providers for maintenance and facilities services. Their responsibilities span three key work domains: managing MHE Automation Control Key job responsibilities This scope covers handling of high-tech intelligent sorter and conveyors and other all Material Handling Equipment’s and Sort slides including Carts, Cages, Trolleys and Hand Pallet Trucks (CCTH). This also covers control and related hardware, software handling such as PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD’s etc. Ability to problem solve PLC code and complex fieldbus IO and SCADA systems. Understanding of Warehouse Control Systems and Telegrams. Experience either building, commissioning or problem-solving Electrical Controls and Instrumentation Panels. Ability to understand integrated MHE conveyor systems within the FC and the systems that interact outside of the FC. Ability to understand flow of processes. Understanding of Industrial communication protocols like ProfiBus, ProfiNet, Ethernet IP, and demonstrable ability to problem solve those systems. Experience of Barcode recognition technology.
