Ever wondered what powers the content experiences seen by hundreds of millions of Prime members across every Amazon marketplace on the planet? Prime Customer Experience Engineering (CXE) provides the governance and technical backbone for the development lifecycle of every Prime experience, spanning the CX layer and the wiring that connects it to the data sources behind it. We own the core framework for building and maintaining Prime CX widgets and the content experimentation systems for every Prime experience. Together, these systems power Prime CXs across functions like acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention, across channels including .com, email, notification, text, and WhatsApp — ensuring Prime-owned CXs, which drive roughly 70% of Prime member growth, scale consistently and reliably. Within CXE, the CX Authoring team owns the content infrastructure layer — the self-service platforms, tools, and frameworks that enable teams across Prime to create, configure, localize, and deploy customer experiences at global scale without deep engineering expertise.
