PXTCS is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) to own and drive large, critical programs that span multiple teams and organizations at Amazon. You will manage complex technical programs involving machine learning models, artificial intelligence systems, and causal econometric models that improve employee experience for over 1.5 million Amazonians worldwide. The scientific program areas our team leads apply technology and data-driven insights to enhance all aspects of work for employees and managers including benefits, compensation, recruiting, voice of employee, management practices, and organizational culture. You will coordinate cross-functional engineering, product, data science, and business teams to successfully deliver these programs.
