The Senior Business Coach (BC) helps Amazon improve the flexibility and quality of its delivery network in the Americas—to help fuel a $4B investment in rural communities bringing even faster delivery to our millions of customers in less densely populated areas. This role’s primary focus is supporting DSP operations across the broader Americas delivery network, with particular emphasis on rural market expansion and mature-state optimization. Specifically, BCs support DSPs in making business decisions that enable them to build healthy, sustainable businesses. As trusted advisors, Business Coaches work alongside DSPs, supporting business planning and strategy and helping owners address business and operational challenges. What You’ll Do As Senior Business Coach (BC), you will manage a portfolio of Delivery Service Partner (DSP) owners within the Amazon delivery network. With the evolution of delivery modes and rural expansion planned for 2026, and continued strategic expansion into 2027, this role is integral to our program's evolution.
