The ProServe Cloud Architect (PCA) is a key member of the US ProServe team, responsible for driving the technical sales engagement, shaping solution architecture, and influencing revenue generation throughout the sales cycle. This role combines deep technical expertise with a consultative approach, working closely with sales teams to design and present ProServe solutions and offerings that meet customer needs, accelerate deal closure, and drive customers for life. The PCA role has accountability in both pre-sales and post-sales, acting as our customer's advocate for the transformational outcomes they are looking to achieve on AWS. To achieve the desired outcomes for this role, the PCA works closely with customers to understand their business objectives and how technology will enable those outcomes. PCAs are responsible for solutioning during the pre-sales motion, providing demonstrations, initial scoping and designing, and managing AWS solutions, providing technical guidance and best practices. PCAs have a deep understanding of AWS products and services, along with our partner (GSI/SI and ISV) solutions. PCAs are skilled in consultative sales and architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer.
