About the Role We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to establish and lead delivery management for GDCO's Data Analytics organization. This is a foundational role — you will be the dedicated TPM on a team of data engineers, analytics engineers, BI engineers, applied scientists, and SDEs who provide data intelligence for Amazon's global data center operation organization. This is not a program management role where you own a specific technical deliverable. This is a delivery leadership role where you own the *system* by which the team ships work reliably, communicates proactively, and earns trust from operational leaders across the globe. ## What You'll Do **Delivery Management Execution:** - Establish and own the end-to-end delivery framework: intake process, prioritization methodology, capacity planning, sprint/delivery cadence, and release management for the full data analytics team - Define and track SLA commitments for all major workstreams — ensuring the team delivers on time or communicates proactively when timelines shift - Manage the team's backlog — driving prioritization decisions with leadership and ensuring high-value work is not blocked by low-value requests **Stakeholder Management Communication:** - Serve as the primary delivery interface between the data team and its customers - Own the stakeholder…
