The HR Business Partner is responsible for operational excellence and organizational health at assigned site(s), serving as an individual contributor partnering directly with Field Leaders and site(s) leadership teams. You will strengthen culture and deliver business results by translating organizational priorities into actionable plans, executing business goals through data-driven decision making, and partnering with campus leaders to improve the employee experience. This role is accountable for the end-to-end employee experience, owning site(s)-level feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and environment standards that shape trust, engagement, and performance. You will be expected to work onsite(s) at an Amazon facility, supporting multiple site(s)s within your region (campus) with regular mobility across assigned locations.
