from Amazon careersThe Recruiting Business Partner (Client Lead) serves as a strategic talent advisor for assigned business units at AWS. This role owns the Recruiting Strategy oversee the recruiting process, partners closely with senior leadership to understand business needs, develops comprehensive talent strategies, and drives hiring outcomes that support Amazon's growth objectives. The RBP acts as the primary recruiting point of contact for their client group, managing complex requisitions while coaching hiring teams on best practices and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Key job responsibilities
* Serve as primary recruiting advisor to Senior level stakeholders and business leaders
* Develop deep understanding of business strategy, organizational structure, and talent needs
* Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence to inform hiring decisions
* Influence hiring strategy, job architecture, and compensation approaches
* Lead monthly to quarterly business reviews with leadership teams
- Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies
