Amazon Senior Product Manager- Tech drives product strategy, roadmap planning, and end-to-end execution for high-impact, complex, and often ambiguous initiatives. They excel at identifying customer pain points, translating them into technical requirements, and building consensus among cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, marketing) to deliver results. Key job responsibilities - Strategy Roadmap: Define long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives for maximum ROI. - Customer Obsession: Identify customer needs through research, analyze data for insights, and create high-quality, actionable requirements. - Product Delivery: Own the end-to-end lifecycle, including writing PR/FAQs, defining feature specs, and launching products on time. - Technical Collaboration: Partner with engineers to influence the design and architecture of technical solutions, particularly for "Technical" roles. - Data Analysis Metrics: Define key performance metrics, conduct deep dives into data, and use A/B testing (weblabs) to iterate on product performance. - Influence Leadership: Socialize product vision to senior leadership, align cross-functional partners, and unblock teams About the team The Amazon Cross Border team makes it possible for you to buy products from different countries as easily as if they were shipped from down the street.
