from Amazon careersWe are seeking a dynamic Site Program Manager for Prime Video Experience Tech (PVXT) in Bangalore to drive employee engagement and workplace experience initiatives. In this role, you'll orchestrate a variety of programs including tech talks, team meetings, and social events that foster community and belonging. You will implement development programs that enhance our workplace culture, as well as manage office operations, coordinate leadership visits, and oversee space planning. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive projects while maintaining careful attention to detail.
