We are seeking a Sr. Talent Management Specialist to help build high-impact programs that improve the employee and manager experience across One Medical's unique clinical and non-clinical workforce. This is a rare opportunity to shape talent strategy for a healthcare organization operating within Amazon's ecosystem. Unlike centralized corporate talent functions, our team is embedded within One Medical and operates at the intersection of healthcare and technology — requiring us to design talent solutions tailored to the distinct needs of a professional medical corporation. You'll have the autonomy to pioneer new approaches that adapt best practices from both healthcare and tech industries.
