Role Summary: The Content Associate-JP plays a critical role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience on FireTV devices by managing and validating digital content within the FireTV catalog. This role demands a high bar for quality, a passion for accuracy, and the ability to work effectively with Japanese-language content and stakeholders. Functional Activities: Content Validation Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy of catalog errors, identify and remove duplicate entries, and classify errors in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to continuously improve Machine Learning (ML) models. Operational Excellence: Adhere to SOPs with a consistently high level of attention to detail, ensuring content quality meets the bar expected by our customers. Judgment Escalation: Exercise sound judgment to identify patterns, highlight observations, and surface insights about daily operations, tools, and processes to supervisors. Proactively call out risks and opportunities for improvement. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process and tool enhancements by providing actionable feedback grounded in day-to-day operational experience. Language Requirements Japanese (JP) — Required: Reading: Must be able to read and validate content titles and metadata displayed in Japanese within the FireTV interface with high accuracy.
