An exciting role in which you will be managing a team consisting of Team leads, Station associates and supervisors Title: Manager I, Operations Typical responsibilities will include: · Understand the business issues and challenges of Transportation operations; identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement · Be data driven, develop and report performance metrics and identify opportunities for improving Customer Experience. · Develop efficient people management skills in leading a team of Team Leads, Station associates and Out on road associates Good to have Skills - Proficient Data analysis skills in Excel - Should be flexible with shifts Key job responsibilities - People management, efficiently manage a diverse team - Derive data driven actionable insights to improve delivery customer experience - Be proficient in both UTR OTR operations A day in the life Start the day with Station Gemba, followed by DBR.
