Job description

The day of a Regional Operations Leader in the EDSP area will be dynamic, alternating between (1) operational activities, such as Gembas and managing the daily routine of your team and partners, (2) tactical activities, like building mechanisms for operational efficiency, and (3) strategic activities, such as active participation in strategic planning cycles for expansion and consolidation of the EDSP partner network. It's important to note that the regional leader should travel more than 30% of their time to maintain close proximity with partners and easily identify operational improvement opportunities. Key job responsibilities - Lead and develop a network of 60-80 operational delivery nodes, managing performance metrics and supporting partner success across your assigned region - Build collaborative partnerships with field operations leaders across multiple areas to identify root causes of operational issues and accelerate resolution of delivery challenges - Analyze operational performance through data-driven insights and continuous benchmarking with colleagues in other regions, identifying opportunities to optimize network efficiency and reduce costs - Create and implement new operational mechanisms and metrics that streamline daily processes and improve visibility across your partner network - Drive innovation initiatives that enhance customer experience while removing unnecessary costs from our logistics operations, working…
