from Amazon careersThe Analytics Team supporting the Programmatic Solutions Consulting (PSC) organization seeks a Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team in New York City. This role will focus on the design, development, and management of analytical tools and reporting as an end-to-end owner. These solutions will help accelerate our efforts to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our partner teams who service our advertising customers. We produce analyses and reporting to surface opportunities to engage with customers, track those engagements, measure the impact, and share actionable insights with senior leaders to inform business decisions and programs. PSC leadership, regional and country managers, Program Managers, and partner teams, such as Finance and Product, will serve as your main customers. Key job responsibilities • Design and develop automated, user-friendly measurement pipelines, reports, and dashboards to support internal partners. • Recommend new metrics, techniques, and strategies to enhance customer experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements. • Enable data-driven decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources, presenting it in a clear and actionable format. • Work with engineering and product teams to identify product gaps and trends. • Manage the request intake process, prioritizing tasks in partnership with stakeholders.…
