As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will lead a regional team of field-based sales associates responsible for recruiting new Hub Delivery Partners — local small businesses that become a critical part of Amazon's Last Mile delivery network. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of sales, community engagement, and operational execution.
