Finance Manager, DTO & WW Flex

Amazon Flex is at the forefront of delivery operations, owning a significant piece of Amazon's "Last Mile" delivery strategy at current into the future. The Flex model utilizes independent contractors to help fulfill "Ultrafast" customer deliveries including Amazon Now, Grocery, and Sub-same-day (SSD) Amazon.com orders and beyond. Our Finance team works closely with Tech, Product Program Managers to track performance reporting and support analysis for optimization of pricing, labor planning, and routing, which help improve customer quality and reduce costs. With a rapidly expanding team scope, we are looking for a Finance Manager who is a strategic thinker and creative problem solver to support this hyper-growth business as part of the WW Flex DTO Finance team. This role partners with business leadership to provide strategic guidance and analytical decision making support for evaluating and prioritizing projects or initiatives.
