As a Design Program Manager for Packaging Technical Publications, you'll be the innovator for our packaging solutions championing design excellence across Leo's diverse and worldwide portfolio of products and customers. You'll be a member of an agile design team to craft an unboxing experience that balances simplicity, accessibility, and sustainability while creating customer delight. You'll develop global and regional technical publications, collaborating across Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, UX, Brand, and Research teams. You'll navigate technical constraints while delivering elegant solutions that align with strategic design vision. Your role encompasses starts with a hands-on attention to design details and customer experience starting from initial concept development throughout the full product life cycle.
