From managing calendars and reminders to remembering personal preferences and surfacing the right information at the right time, ADE makes Alexa indispensable in customers' daily lives. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Software Development Manager to lead engineering teams across three high-impact program areas: Customer Artifact Management (CAM) Build and scale the systems that ingest, process, and manage customer artifacts — including PDFs, documents, images, spreadsheets, presentations, and integrations with third-party platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, and email inboxes. You will drive latency optimization, expand format support, and architect the pipelines that make customer content instantly accessible and actionable through Alexa. Notes Memory Own the intelligence layer that allows Alexa to remember, recall, and reason over customer information.
