Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, Product Management, to lead AWS Activate — our flagship startup program to onboard startups to AWS. You will own the end-to-end product experience that onboards tens of thousands of startups onto AWS each year. As the single-threaded leader for Activate, you will own the product strategy, business strategy, and operational strategy for the program — spanning startup onboarding experience, credit automation, intelligent credit allocation, fraud prevention, provider partnerships, and customer support. You will lead a team of product managers, engineers, and operations specialists to transform how startups onboard to AWS, delivering a seamless startup onboarding experience. You will drive modernization of the program — including agentic and AI-driven experiences — to increase startup acquisition, reduce friction, and accelerate startup success on AWS. This role sits at the intersection of product management, customer acquisition, financial management, and technical execution. You will partner with Startup Sales, Marketing, Investor Managers, and AWS Service teams to maximize the reach and optimize the startup onboarding funnel to drive measurable business impact on startup acquisition.
