Join our exciting world of Consumables Private Brands in the EU, where we are building from scratch our own line of Everyday Essentials products across all Consumables categories (Food Beverages, Health, Personal Care, Beauty, Household Consumables, Pets, Sport Nutrition). We're looking for a talented and entrepreneurial Sr. Product Development Sourcing Manager to own the end-to-end product development and sourcing lifecycle of new products and refresh of live selection : from identifying manufacturers and negotiating pricing, defining products technical specifications, through commercialization and launching these items on time and in full. Key job responsibilities In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for launching ~50 new ASINs annually, working directly with manufacturers to source, negotiate, and bring to market products that delight our customers with the right quality at the right price. This is a high-impact role where you'll leverage AI and automation to transform how we work, reducing time-to-market while scaling our operations. You will work with cross-functional teams spanning Quality, Compliance, Sustainability, Packaging, Category Management, and InStock teams to deliver a profitable and customer-obsessed product range.
