The North America External Fulfillment L D team is seeking an innovative Sr. Learning Experience Designer to join our dynamic and expanding team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and enhance learning programs that impact customers worldwide in Amazon's EF network. As a self-motivated professional with a passion for learning and development, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and program managers to create impactful content and implement program offerings. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, with a strong foundation in data-driven decision making.
